These terms apply to extensions purchased directly from Arthena Web Solutions.

Before publishing: replace YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS below with the trading address customers can use for correspondence and complaints.

1. Seller Information

Seller: Arthena Web Solutions
Email: admin@arthena.co.uk
Website: https://www.arthena.co.uk
Business address: Borrowed Moments, Merlin House NP18 2HJ

2. Product

These terms currently cover Admin Product Date Added & Sorting, version 1.0.0, supplied as a downloadable OpenCart OCMOD package.

The extension is currently tested and supported for OpenCart 3.0.4.1. Compatibility with other versions is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Arthena in writing.

3. Licence Grant

After full payment, Arthena grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the extension on:

  • one live OpenCart website; and
  • one matching development, staging or test installation used for that website.

A separate licence is required for each additional live website.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

  • resell, redistribute, share or publish the extension package;
  • make the download available to another person or business;
  • claim ownership or authorship of the extension;
  • remove copyright or developer information from the package; or
  • use one licence across multiple unrelated live websites.

5. Price and Payment

The direct purchase price is shown on the checkout page before payment. Payment is processed securely by Square.

A purchase is complete only when Square confirms the payment and Arthena marks the order as paid.

6. Digital Delivery

After confirmed payment, a private download link is sent to the email address supplied during checkout.

  • The link normally expires after 7 days.
  • The link permits up to 5 downloads.

Arthena may issue a replacement link where reasonably required, for example if the original email was not received or the link expired before the purchaser could download the extension.

7. Immediate Supply and Cancellation

At checkout, the purchaser is asked to expressly request immediate access to the digital download and acknowledge that the digital content will be supplied before the normal cancellation period ends.

Where the law provides a right to cancel, that right may end once supply of the digital content begins after the purchaser has given the required express consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content.

8. Refunds

Because this is digital content supplied immediately after payment, refunds are not normally available after the private download has been released, except where required by law.

Contact Arthena promptly if:

  • the file is corrupt or cannot be downloaded;
  • the extension is materially different from its description;
  • the extension does not work on the confirmed supported version; or
  • you believe you were charged incorrectly.

9. Installation and Backups

The purchaser is responsible for creating a full website and database backup before installation.

Installation instructions are included. Arthena is not responsible for faults caused by unrelated extensions, core modifications, hosting restrictions, unsupported OpenCart versions or incorrect installation.

10. Support

Reasonable email support is included for installation and defects relating to the supported version of the extension.

Support does not include unrelated website work, custom development, third-party extension conflicts or OpenCart upgrades unless separately agreed.

11. Updates

Version 1.0.0 includes the features described on the product page. Future major versions, additional features or compatibility releases may be offered separately.

12. Intellectual Property

The extension, source code, documentation, graphics and branding remain the intellectual property of Arthena Web Solutions. The licence grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

13. Liability

Arthena will provide the extension with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to statutory rights, Arthena is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption caused by unsupported systems, third-party software, hosting faults or failure to maintain suitable backups.

14. Changes to These Terms

The terms applying to a purchase are those shown when the order is placed. Updated terms may apply to later purchases.

15. Contact

Questions, support requests and complaints should be sent to admin@arthena.co.uk.
