Quotes and Professional Services

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract for website design, development, hosting or support work. Pricing, timescales and deliverables for those services will be agreed separately before work begins.

Arthena AI Tools

Arthena AI Tools provide automated assistance for tasks such as SEO review, product descriptions, business emails, review replies, social-media content and website analysis.

AI-generated content is produced automatically from the information supplied to the tool and from the capabilities of the third-party AI service used to process the request. Generated output may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to content generated for another user.

You are responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, editing or verifying generated content before publishing, sending, relying upon or otherwise using it.

AI Accounts and Account Security

Some Arthena AI services require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your password and account access secure.

You must not allow another person to misuse your account. Please contact Arthena if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Arthena may temporarily restrict or disable an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security problems or a serious breach of these terms.

Arthena Credits

Arthena AI Tools use Arthena Credits. Each tool displays the number of credits required before it is used.

Credits are service-use units for Arthena AI Tools. They are not currency, electronic money, a bank balance or an investment and cannot be transferred between customers or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

The credit cost of individual AI Tools may change in the future. The number of credits displayed for the tool at the time it is submitted is the amount that applies to that request.

Buying Arthena Credits

Available credit packs and their current prices are displayed on the Buy Credits page before purchase.

Payments are processed through Square. Arthena does not directly collect or store the card details entered on Square's hosted payment pages.

Purchased credits are added to the relevant Arthena AI account after successful payment has been confirmed.

Failed AI Requests and Credit Restoration

Arthena's AI service is designed to restore the relevant Arthena Credits where an AI request fails after credits have been deducted and the requested AI result cannot be completed.

A restoration of Arthena Credits following a failed request is different from a monetary refund of a credit-pack purchase. Nothing in these terms removes any refund, cancellation or other remedy that you are entitled to under applicable law.

If you believe credits have been deducted incorrectly, contact Arthena so that the transaction can be investigated.

Information You Submit to AI Tools

You are responsible for the information that you submit to Arthena AI Tools and must have the necessary rights or authority to provide and use that information.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information about another person unless you have a lawful reason and appropriate authority to do so.

You must not use Arthena AI Tools to submit unlawful content, malicious instructions or material that infringes another person's rights.

AI-Generated Content

As between you and Arthena, Arthena does not claim ownership of the business information or other original material that you submit to an AI Tool.

AI-generated output is provided for you to use subject to applicable law and any relevant third-party rights. Because generative AI may produce similar material for different users, Arthena cannot guarantee that generated content is unique or that it will qualify for intellectual-property protection.

You are responsible for checking that your intended use of generated content is appropriate and does not infringe another person's rights.

Website Analysis Tools

Arthena's SEO Assistant and Website Health Check analyse publicly accessible webpage information supplied or identified through the website address entered by the user.

These tools provide advisory observations based on the content available to them. They are not a complete technical SEO audit, security audit, legal compliance audit or WCAG accessibility certification.

You must not use Arthena tools to attempt to bypass passwords, authentication, access restrictions or other security controls.

Accuracy and Professional Advice

Arthena AI Tools are intended to assist with everyday business tasks. AI-generated output should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, regulatory or other specialist advice where such advice is appropriate.

You remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated content and for checking important factual information before relying upon it.

Acceptable Use

You must use Arthena services lawfully and must not use the website or AI Tools to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software, conduct fraudulent activity or deliberately consume service resources in an abusive manner.

Arthena may take reasonable steps to protect the service, other customers and its systems where misuse is detected.

Third-Party Services

Arthena services may rely on third parties including hosting providers, payment providers, email services, Shopify, software platforms and artificial-intelligence providers.

Availability or functionality may occasionally be affected by changes, interruptions or failures involving those third-party services.

Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website and Arthena AI Tools available, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security work, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Arthena may improve, replace or discontinue individual tools, models or features as the service develops. Where practical, material changes affecting paid services will be explained on the website or through the service.
